INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces Organic Brie
8 ounces Organic Gorgonzola cheese
8 ounces Organic Parmesan, thinly sliced
6 ounces Organic Aged Goat cheddar, thinly sliced
6 ounces Organic Monterey Jack, thinly sliced
(1) 8 ounce Package breadsticks or (1) baguette
(1) 6 ounce package artisan crackers
10 Organic Baby Apples
10 Organic Kumquats
2 Organic Persimmons, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Organic Mandarins, peeled and segmented
½ cup Organic Pomegranate arils
½ cup Organic Pistachios
DIRECTIONS:
Slice cheeses, breadsticks, apples, and persimmons.
Peel and segment mandarin, and pomegranate.
Arrange cheeses, bread pieces, crackers, apple slices, persimmon slices, pomegranate arils, clementine pieces, kumquats, and pistachios on serving platter or wooden cheese board.
