Easy Hot Artichoke Dip

Crafted from water-packed organic artichokes, freshly grated organic Parmesan cheese, minced organic garlic, and creamy organic mayonnaise, this dip is a creamy, cheesy symphony of flavors. You can also customize it to your taste with optional ingredients like chopped green chiles, jalapeños, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, or even shredded crab meat or crumbled bacon for variety. INGREDIENTS:
2 (14-ounce) cans water-packed organic artichokes, drained
8 ounces organic Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (about 2 cups)
1-2 cloves minced organic garlic
1 cup organic mayonnaise
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste, if needed
Optional for variety: Chopped green chiles or jalapenos, dash of Worcestershire sauce, shredded crab meat or crumbled bacon.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and place rack in the center of oven.
Coarsely chop artichoke hearts into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the artichokes, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise and any other ingredients you choose and place in a greased baking dish. Taste the cold mixture and add salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
Bake at 350°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the mixture is bubbly and heated through.
Tip: For a lightly browned top, stick the fully cooked dip under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with crackers, endive leaves, or toasted thinly slice bread or baguettes.
