Ingredients:
Fresh Organic Brussel Sprouts - Any amount
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 to 2 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper - To Taste
Directions:
Prep Brussel Sprouts by trimming off the bottom stem. Remove any yellowed leaves and slice each sprout in half length wise. You can also cook the sprouts whole if preferred.
Before preheating oven, adjust oven cooking rack to the upper third of oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, lay out your prepped sprouts and drizzle generously with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix on baking sheet until sprouts are coated evenly.
Once coated, spread sprouts out evenly on baking sheet with the cut side facing down on the sheet. Bake in oven for 20 - 25 min. (Check a little early to prevent possibility of over cooking) Sprouts are done when crispy and lightly charred on the outside. Remove from oven, allow to cool and enjoy!
