INGREDIENTS:
3-4 - Organic Lemon Cucumbers, sliced
2 - Organic Garlic Cloves, Peeled
2+ sprigs - Fresh Organic Dill
2-3 - Whole Organic Cloves
1/2 tsp - Whole Organic Coriander seeds
1 - tbsp - Salt
3 - tbsp - Sugar
3/4 cup - Water
1 cup - Organic Vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Combine in a Quart Jar: 3/4 cup water, and 1 cup vinegar. Add 1 tablespoon salt and 3 tablespoons sugar, stir until dissolved.
Add Spices & Herbs: Add to water mixture 2-3 whole cloves, 1/2 teaspoon whole coriander seeds, 2 or more sprigs of fresh dill, and 2 peeled garlic cloves.
Add sliced Lemon Cucumbers: Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate for a couple of days to allow the spices to flavor the cucumbers. Pickles will last a few months prepared this way.
