INGREDIENTS:
2-3 - Organic Lemon Cucumbers
½ Cups - Slivered Raw Almonds
(Or try with Walnuts, Pine nuts, or Pistachios!)
2 Tbsp - White Wine Vinegar
¼ Cup - Organic Olive Oil
To taste - Fresh Organic Dill
Optional: Add Organic Blackberries or Strawberries
DIRECTIONS:
Thinly slice Lemon Cucumbers and Red Onion. Layer in a serving dish.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and slivered almonds.
