Grilled Corn
Ingredients:
4 to 6 - Ears of Organic Corn; shucked
2 to 4 Tbsp - Organic Salted Butter; Melted
Directions:
Preheat BBQ until grills are hot, reduce to medium high heat for cooking
Prepare corn by peeling corn husks off
Place bare corn on hot grills and allow to cook for 10 min, turning the corn every few minutes. Corn will char a little bit while cooking. Corn is cooked when kernels are yellowed and charred but still juicy when pierced with knife. *Pointer: Overcooked Corn will look shriveled and dry!
During last minute of cooking brush melted butter over corn and turn over one more time. Serve Hot and Enjoy!
