Ingredients:
1 large Head - Organic Cauliflower
Directions:
Wash and dry cauliflower thoroughly and remove all greens.
Cut cauliflower into smaller manageable chunks and using a box grater - medium side, grate the pieces into "rice" pieces. -OR- if using a food processor, cut the cauliflower into small pieces, and using a grater attachment grate it into "rice" pieces.
Transfer cauliflower rice to paper towel and press to remove any excess moisture.
Use immediately or freeze to store for future use. Note: when freezing, store in a sealed container or bag for up to 1 month.
